TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Posh Villas International Terms and Conditions apply. The reservation terms (payment of a deposit) will be given to you directly by our central reservation office. Each property has its own Terms and Conditions for canceling or changing a stay. They will be stipulated to you when you make your reservation. In the process of the villa RESERVED with one of our select villa management company or villa owner it may be required that a separate contract is to be signed which would relate to their TERMS AND CONDITIONS applicable to the reservation.

DEPOSIT REQUIRED

There is a 50 % deposit required on booking. 8 weeks before your arrival you will be required to pay the balance of the fee plus the breakage deposit. Should you book within 8 weeks of the arrival date you will be required to pay 100 % of the fee. Short-lead time reservations must be paid in full immediately. CANCELLATION POLICY All cancellations within 3 months prior to arrival of the booking - 75% will be refunded If you cancel within the 8 weeks prior to your arrival date there will be no refund. RATES Rates are subject to change without prior notice. Please re-confirm rates when making a booking. Cancellation and/or Deposit Policies may apply. See below for details.
