The perfect get-away

The Villa’s architectural palette has its origins in the earth - muted earth colours, textured finishes reflecting abundant sunlight. The Grano flooring throughout offers the luxury of inside outside living, with plush carpets in conversational areas. The vast open plan living area incorporates a modern kitchen, dining table for 12, comfortable leather lounge suites and a fully equipped home theatre system. The Villa is equipped with a home automation system with the control of lights, music and other modern conveniences at your finger tips. The living area opens up onto the vast wrap around Balau decks furnished with oversized, comfortable deck furniture, dining tables and chairs and a built in Barbeque. On the lower level expect to find the heated pool, more sundecks, sun loungers as well as a Steam room. The Mediterranean-type climate, barefoot luxury and uninterrupted tranquility create unforgettable memories of long lazy days of ´Barefoot Luxury - on The Rocks´.

The Suites are spacious & expansive with magnificent uninterrupted sea views, opening up onto to private Sun Decks. The floor to ceiling Glass doors retracts completely into walls bringing the magnificent surroundings indoors. The constant crashing of waves on the rocks below becomes a constant reminder of where you are as the unmistakable scent of the sea permeates the air.
