Each property has its own Terms and Conditions for cancelling or changing a stay. They will be stipulated to you when you make your reservation. In the process of the villa RESERVED with one of our select villa management company or villa owner it may be required that a separate contract is to be signed which would relate to their TERMS AND CONDITIONS applicable to the reservation.

Villa Rates (Minimum of 6 nights - prices are per night)

Low Season	(1 May to 30 September)	R 2000 per night
Mid Season	(1 October to 14 December)	R 3800 per night
Peak season	(15 December to 15 January)	R 5400 per night
High Season	(16 January to 30 April)	R 4000 per night
