An apartment full of light and full of space situated in a sheltered bay on the Atlantic side of Cape Town´s shores is aesthetically beautiful and easily accessible with unobstructed views of the vast ocean.

Magnificent Sunsets

This large and integrated, open plan and tiled space is truly modern in style and flows out through glass sliding doors on to an outdoor terrace, making sure that you spend most of your time outside watching the sunsets.

Description of Rooms

All three bedrooms are luxuriously carpetted. Romantic bedrooms each with their own fitted television. Bedroom one has a king size bed, a chez lounge, a walk in closet with plenty wardrobes, doors that slide open on to the swimming pool deck and a large en suite bathroom with a double bowled vanity area and two romantic and convenient mirrors, a modern bathtub, a large shower and windows that face the boats bobbing on the sea. Bedroom two and three has a double beds, lots of wardrobes and dedicated bathrooms with a showers.

Terms And Conditions

Posh Villas International Terms and Conditions apply. The reservation terms (payment of a deposit) will be given to you directly by our central reservation office. Each property has its own Terms and Conditions for cancelling or changing a stay. They will be stipulated to you when you make your reservation. In the process of the villa RESERVED with one of our select villa management company or villa owner it may be required that a separate contract is to be signed which would relate to their TERMS AND CONDITIONS applicable to the reservation. Cancelation Policy

1. In the event of cancellation of the confirmed reservation more than 30 days prior to the agreed date of arrival, the management of the villa reserves the right to retain the full amount of the deposit. 2. In the event of cancellation of the confirmed reservation less than 30 days prior to the agreed date of arrival, the management of the villa reserves the right to retain the full amount of the rental cost.
