In the process of the villa RESERVED with one of our select villa management company or villa owner it may be required that a separate contract is to be signed which would relate to their TERMS AND CONDITIONS applicable to the reservation. Cancelation Policy

1. In the event of cancellation of the confirmed reservation more than 30 days prior to the agreed date of arrival, the management of the villa reserves the right to retain the full amount of the deposit. 2. In the event of cancellation of the confirmed reservation less than 30 days prior to the agreed date of arrival, the management of the villa reserves the right to retain the full amount of the rental cost.
