Posh Villas International Terms and Conditions apply. The reservation terms (payment of a deposit) will be given to you directly by our central reservation office. Each property has its own Terms and Conditions for cancelling or changing a stay. They will be stipulated to you when you make your reservation. In the process of the villa RESERVED with one of our select villa management company or villa owner it may be required that a separate contract is to be signed which would relate to their TERMS AND CONDITIONS applicable to the reservation. Cancellation Policy

Non arrival without cancellation will be charged the FULL rental amount. Cancellation less than 45 days forfeit the full deposit. From 45- days to 60 days forfeit 75% of the deposit. More than 90 days forfeit 50% of the deposit. Should the Client arrive at a later date than stipulated on arrival date, and or check out an earlier date than booked on this form the client is still responsible for payment of the confirmed full length booking.
