This luxury villa is situated in Fresnaye on the high slope of Lions Head, which looks out towards Robben Island offering the highest quality in self-catering accommodation possible.

Description of Rooms

It has wide open terraces and patios from every room. The 4 bedrooms are all en-suite with a bath and seperate shower. The main bathroom has a steamroom/shower and a spa bath from which you can relax and enjoy superb sea views.

Terms And Conditions

Posh Villas International Terms and Conditions apply. The reservation terms (payment of a deposit) will be given to you directly by our central reservation office. Each property has its own Terms and Conditions for cancelling or changing a stay. They will be stipulated to you when you make your reservation. In the process of the villa RESERVED with one of our select villa management company or villa owner it may be required that a separate contract is to be signed which would relate to their TERMS AND CONDITIONS applicable to the reservation. Cancelation Policy

1. In the event of cancellation of the confirmed reservation more than 30 days prior to the agreed date of arrival, the management of the villa reserves the right to retain the full amount of the deposit. 2. In the event of cancellation of the confirmed reservation less than 30 days prior to the agreed date of arrival, the management of the villa reserves the right to retain the full amount of the rental cost.
