There are no shops, hotels, or restaurants in Llandudno, only 300 homes. Yet civilization is minutes away. Its 5 minutes drive to shopping in the fishing village of Hout Bay, 10 minutes to excellent dining in Camps Bay and 20 minutes to the tourist attractions of Cape Town. Cape Town International airport is a 40 minute drive.

Walking Distance to Beaches
The house is located within walking distance to two of Cape Town’s best beaches. It takes 10 minutes to the main Llandudno beach and 15 minutes to Sandy Bay beach. All living rooms and bedrooms face west and have uninterrupted ocean views.
