Terms and Conditions

Posh Villas International Terms and Conditions apply. The reservation terms (payment of a deposit) will be given to you directly by our central reservation office. Each property has its own Terms and Conditions for cancelling or changing a stay. They will be stipulated to you when you make your reservation. In the process of the villa RESERVED with one of our select villa management company or villa owner it may be required that a separate contract is to be signed which would relate to their TERMS AND CONDITIONS applicable to the reservation.

Villa Rates (Minimum of 7 nights - prices are per night)

Low Season	(1 May to 30 September)	R 4200 per night
Mid Season	(1 October to 14 December)	R 6600 per night
Peak season	(15 December to 15 January)	R 8000 per night
During peak season, a minimum stay of 14 days is required.
High Season	(16 January to 30 April)	R 6600 per night
