The Ridge Villa Accommodation - Knysna

The Ridge Villa is situated on a high ridge, with grand views of the surf and the breaking waves of the Indian Ocean. It has a long driveway that meanders to the top of the ridge to provide breathtaking views of the sand and surf!

Luxurious Holiday Accommodation

The Ridge is a five-bedroom villa with full sweeping views of the ocean. We have created ample outdoor living space with an outdoor eating area with a braai in the back and a wonderful large veranda in the front. Adjacent to the veranda, we have also created a sitting area to enjoy the cool evenings and take in the magnificent sky at night with a fire pit. Four bedrooms also have private sitting areas and decks from which to enjoy the white water surf and breaking waves of the Indian Ocean. The fifth bedroom faces the lush green forest.

Pool and Garaging

The lap pool has been designed for both privacy and serenity as it overlooks the rich, evergreen forest in the foreground and the Pezula golf course in the background. In addition, the house comes with a large garage with space for two cars and a golf cart, accessed via a private courtyard.

All The Mod Cons

The amenities in the house are designed for luxury. The master bedroom suites have central airconditioning, private fireplaces and individual TVs. The ensuite dressing and bathrooms have floor to ceiling closet space and a sit down dressing area. The bathrooms have stand-alone tubs, both indoors and out door showers and HIS and HER sinks. The bathrooms, which overlook the bedrooms with their grand views of the breaking surf provide a WOW for the renter . We have a separate study and ample workspace to accommodate the current day needs of workspace @ home. we also have WI FI connectivity throughout the house. TV access is through cable.

Open Plan Living

A special feature of the house is a large semi-circular gallery, which provides both privacy and connectivity to the living spaces, the kitchen and the bedrooms. The large open kitchen comes with a pantry, fully equipped with spacious cabinetry, a sink and an icemaker . The kitchen is laid out to provide easy access to the braai and the dining room. The breakfast counter, with an expansive view of the ocean, provides a exhilarating spot to start the morning.
